Location: Radnor / Wayne, PA (Onsite)
Compensation: $70000 – $80000 / Year

Job Description:
The Property Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting and monthly close activities for a portfolio of properties. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a multi-entity environment, and experience with property management accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly close activities for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Record journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments within the general ledger.
- Track tenant receivables and maintain accurate AR balances.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Complete bank reconciliations and monitor property cash activity.
- Process property-level accounts payable, including vendor setup and invoice entry.
- Record monthly accruals with proper documentation.
- Assemble monthly financial reporting packages and perform preliminary variance analysis.
- Support lender reporting requests and year-end audit preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in real estate or property accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial schedules and reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
