Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Product Owner II for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Houston, TX or New York, NY (Onsite 3 days in office and 2 days work from home)

Salary: $110,000- $120,000/Annually

Primary Skills: Product Management

Role Description: The Product Owner II must have 5+ years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Understanding the product management process and scope of work.

- Solutioning with Tech teams Agile - understood what is needed for stories.

- Production support.

- Problem framing.

- Documentation

- Jira/Confluence

- Figma

- PowerPoint

- Communication through all levels of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and break down market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories.

- Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add to customer value at a regular cadence.

- Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment).

- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

- Drive through discovery, design, and execution Problem solving Partner tech and drive the solution.

- Find a solution to work with all different teams.

- Business Acumen Demonstrated ability to dive in frame the problem and solve.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
