Our Quality reputation is creating new work opportunities in 2025 and into 2026, requiring us to add to our team We currently seektwo experienced Welder/Fabricators, that have skills in fabrication, to support the trailer building processes. This is a 1st shift opportunity.

ROLE:
To work as a team member for a leading heavy haul trailer manufacturer within Production, as a Welder-Fabricator. This role will work closely with the Production Fabrication Lead, perform welding activities, ensuring all product specifications, quality requirements, and deadlines are met.

1. Adequately exhibits and performs all the requirements of the Welder/Fabricator.
2. Interprets and fabricates projects from blueprints.
3. Exhibits necessary skills for MIG welding.
4. Exhibits proficiency with vertical welding.
5. Improved proficiency with welding, in consideration of extremely limited errors and productivity.
6. Exhibits the skill level to work independently.
7. Exhibits understanding and proper utilization of Pre-heating procedures and processes.
8. Exhibits an understanding of metallurgy.
9. Performs other business-related duties as required and assigned.
