Do you have office and administrative experience? We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to join a company located in the Coraopolis area. The Administrative Clerk will support daily office operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining organized workflows, accurate records, and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Clerk:- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare and process invoices, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry and database updates
- Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Support onboarding of new employees with documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications of the Administrative Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
