Retail Sales Representative (AT&T Program)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Greater Metro Area)

Environment: Target & Walmart Retail Locations

Schedule: Thursday – Monday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)

The Role

You’ll be the face of the brand, engaging with shoppers and helping them upgrade their wireless and home entertainment setup. The Scorecard (Pay & Perks)

• Average Yearly Earnings: $55,000 – $75,000 (Base Hourly + Uncapped Commission).

• Guaranteed Base: Competitive hourly pay.

• No "Clopenings": Our 10:30 AM start time means you skip the early morning rush.

• Growth: We promote based on performance, not seniority. If you hit your numbers, you move up.

• Engage Shoppers: Approach and build rapport with customers while they shop in Target or Walmart.

• Consult & Close: Help people find the best AT&T deals for their lifestyle.

• Team Spirit: Work with your squad to hit daily goals and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
