Electrical Programmer
Buckingham/Wolfe is a leader in structural moving, heavy transportation, and the design and manufacture of the equipment that makes it all possible. We’re looking for an Electrical Programmer who has hands-on experience with mobile equipment and can write clean, reliable code in Structured Text and/or C++ .
Requirements
What We’re looking For
- Experience programming mobile equipment, industrial controls, embedded systems or heavy machinery.
- Proficiency in Structured Text and/or C++ .
- Solid understanding of hydraulics, sensors, wiring and control architecture.
- Ability to diagnose electrical and software issues methodically.
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in a hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.

- Experience with PLCs and/or HMIs (e.g., Danfoss, Parker, STW, etc.).
- Familiarity with CAN bus (CANopen, J1939).
- Previous work with custom-built equipment or low-volume production machinery.
