Now Hiring: BDC Agent at Diehl of Grove City
Diehl of Grove City is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our growing team! If you enjoy connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, this is the career for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using professional email, scripts, and templates.
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately.
Manage the service department loaner program to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Collaborate in team and process development sessions while maintaining positive relationships with sales, service, and management teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior BDC, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
