Job Summary
Performs all duties that relate to incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Greets and screens all individuals whom are visiting the plant. Responsible for processing all outgoing mail. Responsible for current vendor files. Responsible for scanning and attaching of vendor invoices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Answer telephone in a professional manner directing all calls to individuals accurately and efficiently. Takes messages when calls cannot be placed with person requested. Redirects callers or provides necessary information when needed such as emails or directions.
2. Performs greeting functions when a Company guest or visitor arrives at the main entrance of the facility. Responsible for distribution of all visitor badges and completing of non-compete agreement.
3. Processes all outgoing mail and assures that proper postage has been placed on individual items. All morning outgoing mail is to be given to the mailman.
4. Process all incoming mail. General mail is to be opened and stamped with the date that it arrived at the facility. The mail is to be sorted and placed in employee’s mailbox.
5. Enter invoices into the DelMeia Works system.
6. Responsible to scan, attach, and file all AP invoices.
7. Maintains files for all open and closed accounts payable invoices.
8. Performs other general clerical duties as requested.
