Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Leesport, PA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a contracted position during the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to support student mental health and academic achievement in a vibrant educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts within the school community

Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Pennsylvania certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse educational teams
