It also serves as the owner’s technical representative, coordinating across stakeholders to support successful project delivery from feasibility through handover.

  • Perform independent technical review of EPC engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure conformance with owner standards, utility requirements, codes (NEC, NESC), and applicable local regulations.

  • Support final acceptance, punchlist resolution, and project handover to operations.
  • Stakeholder & Interface Coordination

  • Provide clear technical communication to owner’s internal teams (development, commercial, legal, operations).
  • Support lender or independent engineer audits as required.

  • Familiarity with EPC contracts, technical schedules, and change management.
  • Working knowledge of AHJ, utility, and interconnection requirements.
  • Owner-mindset with strong attention to risk, quality, and long-term asset performance.
  • Ability to exercise sound engineering judgment without over-engineering.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience supporting IPP, utility, or infrastructure owner portfolios.
  • Exposure to battery energy storage systems (BESS) or hybrid facilities.
  • Experience with commissioning, performance testing, or operational handover.
