Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a full-time Site Lead – Print and Processing Mail Clerk to support print, mail, violations processing, and customer service operations at the Verra Mobility Philadelphia, PA office .
This role serves as PRI’s onsite Site Lead , providing day-to-day operational leadership while remaining hands-on with production work. The Site Lead acts as the primary onsite escalation point and performs as the Site Supervisor in the absence of the Site Supervisor / Project Manager. The position partners closely with Verra Mobility leadership and PRI management to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.
Site Lead & Operations Management
- Serve as PRI’s onsite Site Lead for print, mail, violations processing, and customer service operations.
- Lead daily workflow planning by reviewing volumes, setting priorities, assigning work, and adjusting coverage to meet SLAs.
- Act as the onsite subject matter expert and first point of escalation for routine operational issues.
- Perform as the Site Supervisor during scheduled or unscheduled absences.
- Escalate issues to PRI and Verra Mobility management with clear summaries of impact, actions taken, and recommended next steps.
- Anticipate risks such as volume spikes, staffing gaps, or equipment issues and take proactive steps to stabilize operations.
- Coordinate handoffs across print, mail, and violations processing to prevent delays and rework.
- Maintain daily production tracking and end-of-day status reporting.
- Support onboarding, refresher training, and cross-training of staff; maintain documentation and job aids.
- Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback; document and elevate performance concerns in accordance with policy.
- Build strong, professional working relationships with Verra Mobility staff, customers, and vendors.
- Support the team as a violations processing Data Clerk and Customer Service representative.
- Process speed camera and red-light camera violations using web-based tools.
- Handle inbound customer phone calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Gather information to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
- Clearly communicate resolution options and next steps to customers.
- Reconcile walk-in violation payments, including cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards.
- Enter, edit, proofread, and verify data for accuracy in multiple systems.
- Meet established production and quality goals.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
- Ensure all print and mail work meets contractual standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Process, print, and mail actions using assigned IT systems and production queues.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meter, copiers, and folding/inserting machines.
- Track and maintain records of mail receipt, mailing dates, and required documentation.
- Replenish postage and manage basic mailroom supplies and inventory.
- Accurately prepare, weigh, postage, and dispatch outgoing mail in accordance with company and postal regulations.
- Lift, move, sort, and process full mail bins and incoming mail.
- Open, scan, and process inbound customer correspondence.
- Log inbound and outbound items and review for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly production and volume reports to support productivity tracking and billing.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading or acting as a team lead in a production, processing, mailroom, or service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow and manage competing demands.
- Proven ability to coach, train, and support employee performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn multiple systems.
- Mailroom, print processing, or high-volume processing experience preferred.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing or seated tasks as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test .
Work Environment
- Work is performed onsite in an office and processing center environment.
- Tasks involve sitting or standing at desks, worktables, or mail processing stations while working independently and as part of a team.
