Our team manages a wide range of deliveries—from small packages to large freight—servicing customers up and down the East Coast and occasionally beyond. Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Service/ Admin Representative to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between customers, drivers, and dispatch. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys problem‑solving supporting the day-to-day operations of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and messaging
  • Enter and manage delivery orders in our system
  • Coordinate with dispatchers/ drivers to ensure accurate pickup and delivery details
  • Communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers as needed
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment
  • Comfortable working with dispatch systems or similar software
  • Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused under pressure
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Creating, formatting, and maintaining documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Inputting and updating information in company systems or spreadsheets.
  • Ordering supplies, managing inventory of office materials, and coordinating equipment or service needs.
