We are seeking a Receptionist/Hospitality specialist to join our team at IST Management Services! Ideal candidates will have relevant receptionist experience, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Limited evenings as needed to support client events Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 USD per hour Benefits: Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, and Bonus Incentives! Responsibilities The Receptionist will provide coverage for the front desk, and support the hospitality team in coordinating firm events - both internal and for clients.- Serve as the first point of contact for a Law Firm and check in all guests
- Assist with the coordination of the conference center; Scheduling meetings, setting up the rooms, and coordinating with vendors
- Perform general office services: processing incoming/outgoing mail and packages; copy/print/scan services; inventory and supply management
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image (exceptional interpersonal and phone skills are a must)
- Provide administrative support, as needed; Utilization of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook), and computer and Internet savvy
- Must be prompt, responsible, reliable and maintain confidentiality
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
