Assistant Landscape Account Manager

As an Assistant Landscape Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting account and operations managers, assisting with client proposals, and helping to oversee commercial landscape maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Measure properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests.
• Create and present proposals to clients, ensuring their needs and specifications are met.
• Identify and generate sales opportunities by recommending landscape enhancements and additional services.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance.
• Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, concerns, and service updates.
• Support snow removal operations during the winter season as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
• Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field.
• Strong client-service skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Desire to learn and grow within the position, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in snow removal activities during winter months.

Compensation

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
