White Deer Concrete is a locally owned concrete construction contractor based in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, specializing in commercial, agricultural, and select residential concrete projects. We serve central and north-central Pennsylvania and are known for quality craftsmanship, strong teamwork, and doing the job right every time.

What You'll Do as a Concrete Laborer / Crew Driver:

• Serve as the crew driver, safely operating company pickup trucks and towing open and enclosed trailers to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Set and align forms for concrete footings, poured walls, and flatwork.
• Install rebar according to project specifications.
• Pour , spread, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Brace , secure, and level forms to ensure structural accuracy.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company standards on every project.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete commercial and agricultural concrete construction projects efficiently.

Our Ideal Concrete Laborer / Crew Driver:

• Safe Driver: Valid driver's license, clean driving record (5 years), ability to obtain a DOT medical card (company paid), and experience driving a pickup truck with trailer strongly preferred.
• Skilled: Experience in form setting or concrete finishing preferred; on-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
• Active: Ready for hands-on work in the trades with the ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Dependable: Shows up on time, takes responsibility, and respects the crew.
• Team Player: Values others, demonstrates humility, and brings a strong work ethic to the jobsite.

What We Offer Our Concrete Laborer / Crew Driver:

• $25-$30/hour, DOE. Plus prevailing wage rates on applicable state jobs
• Full-time schedule Monday-Friday (up to 60 hours per week, depending on season)
• Quarterly profit-sharing bonus checks
• 7 paid holidays per year
• Paid Time Off starting after 6 months, increasing annually
• Boot allowance
• On-the-job training for entry-level workers looking to build a career in the concrete trades
