Trust administrator
Job Description
Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.
The Trust Administrator will be responsible for daily administration of personal trust accounts of moderate to high complexity, profile, and/or volume; providing high level service delivery to Pennsylvania trust and agency clients, advisors, intermediaries, and other qualified referral sources and distribution channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks necessary for proper risk-adverse administration of trust, investment management, custody, or IRA accounts
- Professionally communicate with clients, advisors, referral sources, and internal associates.
- Maintain close communication with clients, outside advisors, and internal associates by telephone, email, and correspondence.
- Manage personal trust accounts and relationships, including those of high-net-worth individuals.
- Completed Compliance and legal projects as required from time-to-time.
- Support other duties that may arise from time-to-time.
- Adhere to client selection process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Corporate Trust experience.
- Must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and business modeling tools.
- Must have strong technical, analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of API and SFTP is preferred.
- Must have experience in collaborating to set up new processes, with strong analytic capability.
- Must thrive in a dynamic, energetic, and driven environment.
- Must have knowledge of Pennsylvania trust laws and statutes.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and must be able to present complex financial information in simple terms.
- Must have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Must have experience and willingness to take on trust terminations.
Salary Range:
$62,918.00 - $103,365.50Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
