Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

For the first time, they are carving out a dedicated Director of FP&A role to serve as the strategic right hand to our CFO.

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your days managing a massive team's timesheets. Instead, you will be the architect and manager of their financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance - SEC/GAAP). You will own the narrative of the numbers, building the frameworks that allow them to scale intelligently while maintaining the stability they have been known for. This role is 100% in office with an excellent compensation package and annual bonus. CPA is REQUIRED for this position - no exceptions.
