Job Description

Astriva, LLC is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant willing to grow within the Company, as this position comes with advancement opportunities. The Staff Accountant will directly oversee the integration of our accounting processes and procedures into the Microsoft Dynamics GP software, as well as work closely with the Executive Management Team, and other Departments within the organization to ensure that all financial obligations are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Accounting activities including Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Accounts Receivable

· Process monthly and year-end closings and prepare financial statements

· Prepare and submit quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and reports

· Complete bank reconciliations

· Manage ACH authorizations and reconciliations

· Manage daily cash deposits and account balances

· Prepare various Real Estate billings for rent, taxes, CAM (common area maintenance), etc.

· Special Projects as required or needed

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Five (5) plus years of experience

· Knowledge of GAAP, Corporate, Payroll Tax Laws and regulations

· Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP Accounting Software preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Astriva, LLC offers a one-time Signing Bonus, a Competitive Salary of up to $65,000.00 dollars per year (salary commensurate with experience), Life/Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Benefits, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.
