Job Description

We are looking for a residential maintenance technician who knows appliances. Must be able to replace/install garbage disposals, dishwashers, sinks, refrigerators, etc.. This is a direct hire role as well, offering long-term employment and benefits on day 1 of employment. You will stay local to the Harrisburg PA area, working on housing units and apartment complexes on a daily basis. We are looking for a driven individual who can work unsupervised and can provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify mechanical, electrical, software-related problems in household appliances using testing tools.
• Perform repairs to faulty equipment (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers)
• Install new appliances.
• Conduct routine maintenance.
• Clean, calibrate, and service appliances to extend lifespans.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
