Dental Receptionist
Location: 714 N. Bethlehem Pike, Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team in Lower Gwynedd, PA. This part-time position offers flexible days and hours, allowing you to create a positive patient experience while managing front desk operations and supporting the administrative needs of our practice.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Confirm appointments and manage patient recalls.
- Assist patients with paperwork and office procedures.
- Address patient concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
- Manage the daily schedule to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Check patients in and out of appointments.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Maintain accurate patient records within Dentrix.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Explain treatment estimates and financial arrangements to patients.
- Collect co-pays, balances, and payments.
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with insurance claims and follow-up as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
- Assist with office projects, marketing initiatives, and patient outreach programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous dental or medical office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental practice management software preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours.
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour.
