Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Client Services Representative to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a mix of physical activity and technical operations.

Your primary focus will begin with mastering Mail Services, ensuring all inbound and outbound correspondence and packages are handled with precision. Once proficient, you will be cross-trained in Print Services, expanding your skill set to include high-volume document production and finishing. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn print/mail tracking software.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for extended periods, walk long distances for mail runs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to wearing the provided Canon uniform.
• Adaptability: A desire to learn new skills and move from mail mastery into technical print production.

Responsibilities

Mail & Logistics (Primary Focus)

• Inbound/Outbound Processing: Receive, log, and track all incoming and outgoing packages and mail using tracking software.
• Mail Runs: Perform scheduled mail deliveries and pickups across various floors of the facility.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate activity logs for all mail and package movements for monthly reporting purposes.

Print & Document Services (Post-Training)

• Production: Review electronic files for print readiness; perform high-quality printing, punching, binding, assembling, and laminating.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous pre-delivery checks to ensure all documents meet client specifications and professional standards.
• Equipment Care: Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance on printers and copiers to ensure maximum uptime.

Administrative Support

• Vendor Coordination: Manage service calls for SEI-owned fax machines and ensure all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a professional point of contact for client inquiries regarding mail and print status.
