We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic school psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality services to students in grades K–8 for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position: School Psychologist (19134)
Location: Full time
Compensation: Up to $75/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday School Hours

Qualifications:
- A master’s degree, specialist degree (Ed.S.), or doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in school psychology.
- Active or eligible PA license or willing to obtain
- School-based experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with school teams
Duties
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify student needs and inform individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Develop and implement effective behavioral health strategies, including behavior management plans and safety protocols.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on child & family counseling, social-emotional development, and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored interventions supporting students with autism, developmental disabilities, or other special needs.
- Prepare detailed medical documentation, psychological testing reports, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Design and oversee crisis management plans, including crisis intervention and safety planning for at-risk students.
- Offer training and consultation on applied behavior analysis (ABA), social work practices, conflict management, and early intervention strategies to school staff.
