What will you do as a Regional Quality Manager at Sealed Air?
 As a Regional Quality Manager at Sealed Air, you will play a key role in driving product quality, process consistency, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. You will ensure that quality systems, customer requirements, and internal standards are consistently applied to deliver world-class performance. 
 You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and customer teams to lead quality initiatives, resolve issues, and support audits and certifications. This role is hands-on and requires frequent presence on the production floor to support teams and improve processes.

To develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, metrics, and documentation.
To perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective/preventive action plans (8D, 5Why, Fishbone).
To monitor and drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across plants.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product consistency.
To serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, audits, and escalations.
To mentor plant quality personnel and promote a strong quality culture on the shop floor.
What skills and experience will help you succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Paper Science, or related field).
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing environments.
Strong background in Paper & Paper Converting or Foam/Plastics/Extrusion (depending on the region).
Experience with multi-site or regional quality responsibilities (preferred).
Hands-on approach, comfortable working on the production floor.
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone) and continuous improvement methodologies.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, not required.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, Oracle or others acceptable).
Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing quality interactions.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation Data
Our range goes from 100,800 to 140,000 USD per year
The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs. Sealed Air offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits designed to promote well-being.
