Cycle Counter with PIT Experience – Wind Gap, PA

Midway Staffing is hiring for a Cycle Counter position in Wind Gap, PA . We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 1st shift (Start time: 6-7 AM)

Pay Rate:
Starting at $17.00/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Operate PIT equipment (forklift, reach truck, etc.) safely and efficiently.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings.

• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.

• Assist with inbound and outbound product audits as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent PIT experience (must be comfortable operating equipment).

• Prior cycle counting or inventory control experience required.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
