Warehouse Worker – Monroeville, PA

Location: Monroeville
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (3rd Shift)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support pharmacy operations by coordinating, assembling, and packaging patient orders for shipment. This role works closely with pharmacists, supervisors, and pharmacy technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment
• Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels
• Assist with packing and shipping medications
• Track shipments and report any delivery issues
• Maintain and organize daily shipping reports for management review
• Receive non-pharmaceutical items at the back dock
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts
• Restock pharmacy picking areas and manage inventory levels
• Assist with purchase orders, receiving inventory, and reconciliation of stock
• Handle returned goods in accordance with SOP guidelines
• Work within internal computer systems and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience required
• Pharmacy or healthcare-related experience is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes preferred
• Basic computer skills, including typing (20 WPM) and 10-key data entry
• Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and standing
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Starting 6/1/26: Must obtain a Pharmacy Technician License (trainee license acceptable) per Pennsylvania state regulations
