A leading GEICO Local agency is a seeking motivated, coachable Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team and kickstart their successful insurance career! As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will educate potential customers about insurance needs and benefits, help maintain strong client relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsibilities :
- Engage with the community and local business to prospect new clients
- Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage
- Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience and prospecting experience preferred
- A "hunter" mentality with eagerness to grow a successful career
- Customer service experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire (if not already licensed)
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
