Dandelion in Ardmore, PA, is seeking to hire a heavy part-time Jewelry Sales Associate and Visual Content Creator to develop relationships with customers, enthusiastically merchandise and promote the handmade work of local and international artists. This part-time position has a flexible schedule with shifts Monday through Sunday between 11 am and 7 pm.

As a Jewelry Sales Associate and Visual Content Creator, you bring local and international artists' handmade work to life in our store. Our shops carry a range of designers, all of whom share our dedication to ethically-responsible working conditions and ethically-sourced materials. By taking advantage of opportunities to learn about artists and materials, learn how jewelry is crafted, and meet artists, you can easily share that knowledge and excitement with our customers thru visual merchandising.

Using your excellent customer service skills and creative talents, you help our customers find the perfect gift, whether they seek a small token of appreciation or that special piece to celebrate one of life's bigger moments. To drive traffic to the store, you reach out to current customers, create visually appealing window displays to share new pieces with them. With your warm demeanor, you develop strong relationships with our customers and make Dandelion stores a part of the community. With your creative talents, you will display merchandise and contribute meaningful content to our social media outlets. You love working in a team environment where you work together to achieve store and personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
