Class A Truck Driver CDL No Touch Freight
10-4 Logistics USA seeks reliable, safety‑focused Class A drivers to operate dry van, no‑touch drop‑and‑hook freight east of I‑35. This opportunity offers competitive pay, a sign‑on bonus, full benefits, late‑model equipment, and predictable home time.
- Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000. Additional pay available for detention, layover, and extra stops.
- Home time: Bi‑weekly for 48 hours.
- Area of operation: East of I‑35.
- Freight type: Dry van, 100% no‑touch drop‑and‑hook operations.
- Equipment: Late‑model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors, fully equipped.

Primary responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Perform drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch dry van deliveries according to account instructions and schedule.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly report vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation, including ELD usage as applicable.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues.
- Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.
Minimum requirements
- Age: 21 years or older.
- License: Valid CDL‑A.
- Experience: Minimum 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last 12 months. (Time spent training or driving with a mentor does not satisfy this requirement.)
- Drug testing: Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
Preferred
- Previous experience on regional or dedicated dry‑van routes.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and professional customer service.
