Job Description

The Marketing and Communications individual will manage internal and external communications, create engaging content, write and execute company newsletter, and support brand awareness efforts across digital and traditional channels. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals
• Create content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials
• Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement metrics
• Help with company culture and events
• Help with coordination of company’s foundation’s events
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners/vendors
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Help maintain company website
• Assist Business Development in all aspects
• Assist with company/employee web store
• Answer general phone calls placed to company
• Greet clients, subcontractors and general public

Experience and Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• [2–5] years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• (Preferred) Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
• (Preferred) Graphic design or video editing experience
• (Preferred) Familiarity with email marketing platforms

Full-Time, (M-F) 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
