We are working with a well-established food manufacturer. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor to lead third shift operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility. This is a key leadership role with strong visibility across production and quality teams, offering excellent benefits and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all sanitation activities across production areas, equipment, and facility grounds
• Ensure full compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and all food safety and company standards
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sanitation schedules and procedures
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sanitation technicians to drive performance and efficiency
• Deliver training on sanitation processes, chemical handling, and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and corrective actions
• Communicate sanitation and food safety updates with Quality, Production, and Senior Leadership teams
• Monitor and log chemical usage, working closely with suppliers as required
• Manage inventory levels of sanitation supplies and coordinate replenishment
• Conduct routine inspections, including ATP swab testing, to verify sanitation effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field preferred
• Alternatively, 2–4+ years of hands-on sanitation experience within food manufacturing
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a sanitation or production environment
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous
