We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who can partner with the Director of Nursing to lead, develop, and elevate the nursing team while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

1. Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
2. Lead and support nursing staff across all units
3. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
4. Conduct daily rounds to monitor care, identify issues, and support staff
5. Oversee documentation accuracy and regulatory readiness
6. Perform chart audits and drive quality improvement initiatives
7. Monitor infection control practices and clinical protocols
8. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
9. Help build a strong, accountable, and team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
3. At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
4. Long-term care experience strongly preferred
5. Strong clinical knowledge and regulatory understanding
6. Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive accountability
7. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and audits
