ASSISTANT SECRETARY/TREASURER
A successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with Council, Borough staff and residents.
Skills and Experience considered for appointment:
General administrative and secretarial skills are required.
High degree of accuracy.
Experience in Quickbooks and Accounting procedures.
Experience in Payroll processing, compiling and submission of quarterly and year end tax reports to the state and federal governments.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel.
Knowledgeable of and ability to publish on various Social Media platforms including Website maintenance.
Applicants must possess the ability to be bonded.
A minimum of two (2) references required.
Work Schedule:Hours to be determined by applicant’s prior training and experience with work schedule between 12 hours per week. Hours may vary between 9 AM and 4 PM. Availability to fill in when needed for absences and vacations required.
Pay range: $16.50 to $20.00 per hour commensurate with training and experience.
