Position: Desk Manager
Location: 7810 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time (weekends required)
What You’ll Do
- Desk and structure profitable, compliant deals
- Coach and motivate sales team to hit goals
- Partner with BDC, F&I, and management to maximize volume and gross
- Ensure exceptional guest experience on every TO
