The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of trade estimators to support successful project execution.

  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to align estimates with project scope and financial targets.
  • Manage and coordinate trade or discipline estimators to produce detailed estimates including labor, materials, and other cost components.
  • Conduct risk analyses from both CRB and client perspectives.
  • Maintain and update historical cost data and benchmarking tools.
  • Support the conversion of opportunities into active projects during the pre-construction phase.
  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the development of estimating standards and tools within the region.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., WinEst, Sage Estimating, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRB’s core markets and project types.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and managing estimating teams.
