- Live stop pay: $85 per stop
- Drop/hook pay: $55
- Detention: $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour)
- Hazmat load: $40
- Driver load/unload: $45
- Driver assist: $25
- Yard checks: $20 per hour
- Refused delivery: $55
- Truck order not used: $35
- Crosstown, empty move or empty search: $25
- Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $20 per hour
- Safety training or roundtable meetings: $20 - $25 per hour
- Overweight rework: $20 per hour
- Reefer load: $40
- Empty move per load: $25
- Empty search per hour: $20
- Scaling: $10 When a loaded container is taken 20% or moreout-of-route to scale after departure from the rail yard (delivery) or custome facility (pick-up).
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
