Receptionist - Seedway, LLC - Elizabethtown, PA

We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada.

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general clerical tasks and managing front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and callers. This role serves as the first point of contact for the organization, both in person and over the phone, and plays a key part in supporting daily office operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support customer service representatives (CSRs) by assisting with order placement.
• Sort, file, and organize pick slips and other documents.
• Monitor and order office and warehouse supplies as needed.

Additional Duties

• Serve as backup for other administrative staff, as needed, including cross-training in various administrative functions.
• Run local errands using a company or personal vehicle.
• Assist with processing customer payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related office or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and standard office practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required.
• Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
