Parts and Sales Associate

:

We are looking for a hard-working, ethical Parts/Sales Associate. Our Parts/Sales Associate is required to perform well under pressure and be flexible due to fluctuating needs, in addition to focusing on profitability and business results.

• We are a moderately sized custom car builder offering this position where you can take pride in what you do, as well as being be part of an internationally known team of experts.

Job focus includes:

• Oversee and manage the entire parts function in both the shop and product development.
• Collaborate and work with shop personnel to identify needed parts and deadlines.
• Ensure parts are available when needed at acceptable costs.
• Track parts and documents for purposes of invoicing, costing, estimating.
• Ensure parts function includes order accuracy, cost management and timely deliveries.
• Receive parts and deliver them to shop personnel.
• Return parts in a timely manner, as necessary.
• Build efficiencies in all processes related to parts.
• Research, establish and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy and plan for both custom car builds and product development.
• Establish and implement a plan to identify, then use a network and channels of appropriate partners and third parties (referral partners, affiliate partners, wholesalers, distributors, managed service providers, marketplaces or value-added resellers, etc.)
• Maintain and increase profitability through increased sales, efficiencies and innovation.
• Build the company's presence on social media, our website and in the industry.
• Manage and refine purpose and presence of speed shop.
• Participate in and support the direction and goals of the company in innovation and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
• Working knowledge of car parts.
• Background in sales and establishing partners and network.
• Knowledge and experience in building social media, web sites.
