General Foreman

Job Details:

We’re seeking a General Foreman or Site Superintendent with strong experience in site work for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will come from a larger, well-structured contractor and bring a disciplined, safety-focused approach to managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules.

Key Details:

• Work located within ~100 miles of Chalfont, PA

• Travel currently around 50%, expected to decrease

• Focus on earthwork, utilities, grading, and site infrastructure

• Projects in regulated environments (pharma / healthcare) preferred

Ideal Background:

• 8+ years of site work experience with increasing leadership responsibility

• Proven ability to manage field operations and maintain project quality and safety

• Strong communication and coordination skills between field, office, and client
