House Supervisor

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, supportive living environment for residents.
• Supervise staff and provide guidance on best practices in caregiving.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and implement appropriate care plans.
• Coordinate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of incidents and care activities.
• Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Act as a role model for staff and residents, promoting a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or human services setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care management.
• Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to enhancing quality of life.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
