Overview
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Norristown, PA for a travel assignment starting 04/26/2026. Duration: 4 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Night shift (5x8) 23:00–07:30. Weekly pay: $1,458–$1,597. Setting: Long-term care - nursing home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents per the plan of care.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions according to policy.
- Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and manage wound care as needed.
- Document assessments, interventions, medications, and care activities accurately in charting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure resident safety.
- Respond promptly to call lights, maintain safety standards, and uphold infection control practices.

Requirements
- Ability to work the listed night shift (23:00–07:30) in a long-term care setting.
- Willingness to participate in onboarding and credentialing as part of the assignment process.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with care team and residents.
- Commitment to adhering to facility policies, patient privacy, and safety guidelines.
- Travel assignment readiness for a 4-week contract and ability to adapt to a fast-paced LTC environment.
