Hybrid Customer Service Representative

salary: $22.5 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Point of Contact: Handle inbound inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.

• Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use a "client-first" mindset to identify needs and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.

• Educate and Empower: Provide clear information regarding account maintenance, digital tools, and service options.

• Communication Pro: You are articulate, a great listener, and can explain complex ideas in simple terms.

• Adaptable: You handle fast-paced environments with ease and can pivot between different tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Undergraduate degree preferred).

• Experience in customer-facing roles (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Bank Tellers, etc.) is highly valued.
