Delivery Driver & Warehouse Worker - Split Job Duties

Lendable Linens, a prestigious event company, located in the Murrysville area, is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker.

Delivery Driver Job Description:
1. Must have a current valid PA driver's license. We do not require DOT compliance.
2. Must have a clean driving record.
3. Must have flexible hours during our peak season.
4. We guarantee at least 40 hours per week. There are times during the peak season that on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays that you will be required to work more than an 8-hour day.
5. There will be occasional weekend work required, usually deliveries occur Saturday
mornings. There will be occasional Saturday late night pickups (11pm-12am). There
is a special pay rate. There will be occasional on call Saturdays - you will be required
to be on call for either 4 or 8 hours.
6. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
7. Must be able to get in and out of van multiple times during the course of the day.
8. Must be able to use a GPS.
9. Will be driving a small cargo van - double-loading doors at the rear and passenger
side of the van.
10. Will be delivering and picking up linens.
11. The delivery route will have repeat and new customers. Will not deliver the exact
same route each day or week.
12. Must be able to read and comprehend a Packing List of items to deliver.
13. Must have a general knowledge of Pittsburgh area locations.
14. Must have a neat appearance and good customer relations.
15. Pre-employment drug screen and will be added for random drug screens.

Warehouse Worker Job Description:
This job consists of checking (counting) in dirty linens when they arrive at the warehouse. Help unload and load cargo vans with linens. Restock clean linens back to their correct locations in the warehouse. Pulling new orders and racking them for deliveries. Performing inventory counts daily as needed and performing year-end inventories. This is a 40-hour week position - Being on time and reliable is a must. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
1. Must be able to stand, walk and bend constantly while carrying linens.
2. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
3. Able to climb up and down 9-foot ladders on a regular basis while carrying table linens
on hangers.
4. Able to read Packing List and pull orders accurately as per customer requirements.
5. Perform basic housekeeping duties in the warehouse - sweeping, straightening and
trash removal.
6. This is a warehouse position and will require working in a non-air-conditioned
environment.
7. Must be able to work with a group of people as well as work independently.
