What you'll tackle

• Create detailed electro‑mechanical designs, from concept through schematics, 3D layouts, and prototypes.
• Work closely with cross‑functional partners to align designs with project requirements and specifications.
• Plan and run testing and validation to confirm performance, reliability, and safety.
• Produce precise CAD drawings and models using industry tools.
• Diagnose design challenges and implement timely, effective fixes.
• Author manufacturing documentation and clear assembly instructions.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate design quality.

What you bring

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience designing electro‑mechanical systems, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, plus experience with simulation tools.
• Solid grasp of electrical circuitry, mechanical mechanisms, and material properties.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Comfort working independently and thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
