School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

PRO Pediatric Services, is seeking exceptional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide services at a local school district.

Job Details:

• Location: Near Terre Hill, PA
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
• Caseload: K-12
• Additional Details: Technicians will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.

• Interested in becoming an RBT? We offer support and programs to help Behavioral Technicians get their RBT certification and provide FREE BCBA student supervision.

What You Bring:

• Must have High Diploma or equivalent
• Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• 40-hour RBT training is required. RBT certification is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
