Salary: $19.28-$21.21 starting rate based on experience and skill level

Palco Power Systems, asubsidiary ofScott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Coordinator at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Calling customers
• Scheduling generator repairs
• Scheduling generator routine maintenance
• Handling billing issues

Requirements:

• Computer Skills
• Prior experience in scheduling and repair
• Must be detailed-oriented
• Must be able to multitask and be process-driven
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Mechanical experience
• Electrical knowledge

Must submit a background check and drug testing
