Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Daily Responsibilities:

• Secure flatbed freight with chains, straps, and tarps; ensure cargo integrity during transit.
• Perform meticulous pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs/ELD entries.
• Coordinate with dispatch and shippers to meet schedules and resolve on-route issues.

Compensation & Equipment:

• Competitive pay at 80% of gross; weekly gross commonly falls between $7,500 and $10,000.
• Lease-to-own program allows ownership within one year; fleet includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner.
