Schedule Details:

Part Time, Evenings after 5pm
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00pm-9:00pm (Approx. 15 hrs per week)
Compensation: $18.00 an hour
Location: 1 Office Building in Blue Ball
Type: Commercial Office in East Earl, PA/Blue Ball,PA

General Janitorial Duties:

• Trash removal and dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Spot cleaning, polishing, sanitizing and wiping of surfaces
  
• Restock items in bathrooms, break rooms, offices and conference rooms as necessary
• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of cleaning duties required by each customer
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work ina team & solo setting efficiently (most positions you will work by yourself)
  
• Project a professional image while representing KKBS
  
• Must have good problem-solving & communication skills with management and/or coworkers
  
• Able to follow simple entry & alarm instructions, as well as follow outlined cleaning instructions/checklists
  
• Physically capable of bending, lifting (30lbs), crouching, stooping throughout shift
• Ability to passabackground screening without felonies (or theft)
  
• Your own vehicle & valid driver's license is preferred but not a requirement
