Financial Order Processor (Hybrid/Remote)

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver ready to launch a career with a global investment leader? We are seeking Financial Order Processors to join our Malvern team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our client transactions, ensuring that every request—from account changes to complex monetary transfers—is handled with precision, speed, and integrity.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Transaction Excellence: Review and process client requests (checks, withdrawals, account maintenance) for accuracy and adherence to SEC guidelines and internal policies.

• Problem Solving: Research complex processing issues and partner with internal associates to ensure timely resolution.

• Client Communication: Conduct outbound calls and draft professional correspondence to clarify invalid or incomplete paperwork.

• Continuous Learning: Develop deep expertise in proprietary processing systems and evolving financial regulations.

We are looking for professionals who take extreme ownership of the client experience. You will thrive in this role if you can:

• Navigate Complexity: Independently research and process intricate requests across mutual fund and brokerage platforms using various internal systems and resources.

• Solve Problems Logically: Own and resolve stakeholder inquiries by applying a systematic approach to troubleshooting and providing viable alternative solutions.

Program Logistics & Training

We provide a comprehensive, paid training program to set you up for success.

• Location: Malvern, PA

• Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (9–10 weeks).

• Training Model: Hybrid (Mon/Fri Remote; Tue–Thu On-site).

Post-Training Expectations

Once you have successfully completed your training, you will transition into your permanent role with the following structure:

• Work Environment: Fully Remote.
