Beth Israel Congregation is seeking an inspiring, compassionate, and dedicated part-time Rabbi to lead our warm, inclusive, and multi-generational community. We are an egalitarian congregation that values deep connections, meaningful Jewish engagement, and a balance between tradition and innovation.

Beth Israel is a welcoming, family-oriented synagogue nestled in beautiful Chester Springs, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia). We embrace interfaith families, value inclusivity, and seek to create a meaningful balance between tradition and creativity.

Qualifications:
- Rabbinical ordination from a recognized and accredited seminary
- Desire to partner with congregational leadership to nurture and sustain Jewish life
- Warm, interpersonal style
- Ability to build meaningful relationships
Position Start Date: July 1, 2026
Salary Range: $48,000-$57,000
