Status: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (flexible on start of shift and end of shift)

Location: Camp Hill

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

At UCP Central PA , we empower people of diverse abilities to live meaningful, independent lives. We’re seeking an Accountant I to support our mission through accurate billing, reporting, and financial management across programs and funding sources.

What You’ll Do

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliations.
• Submit PROMISe billings and track payments in MatrixCare and MIP.
• Support audits, maintain service codes, and ensure compliance.
• Analyze monthly revenue, resolve billing issues, and assist with budgets.
• Develop procedures to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2–5 years preferred) or Master’s with 0–2 years.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (MIP preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: Experience with PA Medicaid billing and PROMISe/HCSIS systems.
